Ok, well first things first, stictly speaking this isn't Souvlaki but that's what we like to call it in Australia!  In Greece, Souvlaki is meats on a skewer and what we serve in pita bread in Australia is mostly Gyros! In Greece they call this Pita Gyros.

Whatever you call it (please don't say Kebab) we think ours is the best in the West! Imported Greek Soft pita, slow cooked meats, zesty sauces all made fresh with a choice of fillings, fresh salad and served with crispy chips on the side!
